Yajie worked on microfluidics and the 4th generation gene sequencing-based on solid nanopores. Entering Chen Ultrasound Lab, her research interest switched to ultrasound-mediated brain drug delivery. Her Master’s thesis paper is about the effect of ultrasound pressure on focused ultrasound combined with microbubble-enhanced brain drug delivery. After graduation, she stayed in the lab as a technician and is mainly studying brain drug delivery methods through cerebral perivascular space.
