Dr. Shanshan Xu was a Visiting Scholar in the Chen Ultrasound Lab from 2016-2018. She obtained her Doctor Degree in Biomedical Engineering in Xi’an Jiaotong University, China, in 2014. Her research interests include cavaition detection,mapping and characterization in ultrasound cavitation mediated therapeutic applications.
