Biography:

Chih-Yen Chien is currently a staff scientist in the Hong Chen Ultrasound Lab, with research interests in developing a monitoring and controlling tool for safe and effective FUSBBBD. She received her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis in 2024. Before then, she earned her Bachelor of Electronic and Computer Engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in 2014 and Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University in 2016. During her internship from 2017 to 2019, she worked on programming ultrasound scanner and pulse wave velocity estimation on Ultrasonic imaging.
