The Chen Ultrasound Lab recognizes the importance of interdisciplinary research. To expand our breadth of knowledge, we are dedicating time each month to learn the fundamental principles for our interdisciplinary work. As organized by Kevin, each lab member is in charge with learning and creating a webcast for a chapter in one of the pivotal textbooks that cover the foundational principles of neuroscience, ultrasound, biomedical engineering, etc. Then, the rest of the lab watches the webcasts and participates in a lab-wise quiz during group meeting.
